How we use your information

Pusat Tuisyen Eksplorasi Ilmu Sdn. Bhd. collects the student, parent, address, programme, pickup, emergency-contact and food-allergy details you provide to assess and verify registration, administer enrolment and classes, communicate with you, and support student safety and emergency care.

Fields marked * are required to process this registration. Other fields are optional. Please ensure you are authorised to provide the child’s details and have informed the other people whose contact details you include.

Access is limited to authorised centre staff and service providers needed to operate this form and maintain registration records, including Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Supabase (database). These services may process information outside Malaysia. Relevant information may be shared with emergency or medical services when needed, or where required by law. We do not sell registration data or use this form to enrol you in marketing.

Records are kept only for as long as needed for enrolment, student administration and applicable record-keeping obligations. Records that are no longer needed are to be securely deleted or anonymised.

For access, correction, privacy enquiries or to request withdrawal or limits on consent, contact the centre at 019-211 2668. We will explain any verification or record-keeping requirements and any effect on the services we can provide.

Bhd. mengumpul maklumat pelajar, ibu atau bapa, alamat, program, pengambilan, hubungan kecemasan dan alahan makanan yang anda berikan untuk menilai dan mengesahkan pendaftaran, mengurus pendaftaran dan kelas, menghubungi anda serta membantu menjaga keselamatan pelajar dan urusan kecemasan.

Ruangan bertanda * wajib diisi untuk memproses pendaftaran ini. Ruangan lain adalah pilihan. Sila pastikan anda diberi kuasa untuk memberikan maklumat kanak-kanak dan telah memaklumkan individu lain yang maklumat hubungannya disertakan.

Akses dihadkan kepada kakitangan pusat yang dibenarkan dan penyedia perkhidmatan yang diperlukan untuk mengendalikan borang serta rekod pendaftaran, termasuk Cloudflare (pengehosan dan keselamatan) dan Supabase (pangkalan data). Rekod disimpan hanya selama diperlukan untuk pendaftaran, pentadbiran pelajar dan kewajipan penyimpanan rekod yang berkenaan. Rekod yang tidak lagi diperlukan hendaklah dipadamkan dengan selamat atau dinyahkenal pasti.
